From the big, overarching view, this episode deals with where to invest.  It is NOT just about your dividends/rent/interest, and capital gains, but rather it is also a function of how much time you are willing/wanting to invest to manage your investment(s).  Most people overlook the amount of time that is required to manage an investment, and/or how much time is required to manage the managers of your investment(s).
